To assist you, our valued client we would like to suggest that prior to requesting this service, a couple of things to remember. If you back up your data each day and verify that your data is intact and verifying all of your backups periodically, you will rarely require this service.
In the event that you still experience data loss and require our assistance, we will be more than happy to provide you with this service.
We are only able to recover data through the use of specialised software. This means that the hard drive must be in operational condition for data recovery to be successful.
A "Do Not" rule. If you lose data, DO NOT defrag the system attempting to recover the lost file.
WE also offer confidential Hard Drive erasing service to military standard, preventing your data on your used hard drives being recovered if traded.
